Step 1
Line large, rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
Step 2
Combine olive oil and popcorn kernels in large saucepan; cover. Cook on medium heat until the corn pops, sliding pan on burner periodically. Continue cooking until there is no more popping for two seconds. Spread popcorn and potato chips on prepared baking sheet.
Step 3
Microwave morsels in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 45 seconds; STIR. If needed, microwave an additional 15-second intervals, stirring vigorously after each interval until morsels are melted.
Step 4
Transfer melted chocolate to a plastic food storage bag and cut off the tip. Drizzle chocolate all over the popcorn and potato chips. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set chocolate. Break the popcorn-chip mixture into pieces and transfer to bowl to serve. Makes 8 cups.
